Zoom in the right tree (right click with mouse and say to zoom the picture) and see a small spot that you have to click there

Zoom in the glass where the toothbrushes are. There is a spot next to it that you should click to open the left door of the chest.

the tree by the truck, on the trunk is a small spot at the botton click that and it will open the other tree
