on the left tree near the bottom is a spot that doesn't match the pattern...it's really small...

I think in one of the sceens with darth vadar you had to click on him to get him to do anything...maybe not though.

Yes, but you have to click on the right tree for opening it on the left tree.

And you don't have to do anything with Darth Vader, checked it.

For the pirate room, I'm not sure if I remember everything well

one of the compartments in the shelf (I think middle or top one)
behind bottom right corner of pirate picture
2 from toy car
one from the pc screen/picture above pc
don't remember last (on desk?)
