I think it was on the right part of the black board. Just try to drag parts of it.

Zoom in on tree, click yellow dude, then click new yellow dude twice. Zoom out, then click dot yellow dude makes under sun and drop in the hole.

Zoom in in front of the teleporter by right click of mouse. You find a small spot there on the floor. Click it.

I must be missing something - I can't get the bottom panel on the shelf to open. I have 5 other keys. HELP PLEASE!!!

on the bottom right edge of the shelf to open it.

Did you click on the bookshelf right next to the Rubik's cube? There's a little off-color spot there.
