For those who can not read japanese, here are some tips

The code for the door is the teachers birthday (MMDD), the teacher says his birthday is the same as that of "Matchy".
"Matchy" is the nickname of a famous Japanese star called Kondou Masahiko

It worked for me :s...Maybe you have to have all the items.

EDIT : Tried again, it still works for me, even with no items :s

2 keys - used one for broom closet, broom?, two papers from bullitin board (one appears to be a seating chart). Maybe one of the papers from lockers come to think about it.

looking toward blackboard - desk nearest to it to far left has something in it that I can't remove.

in desks - a bag I haven't opened and book

Missing some items but left due to code (given in post above) .. hard to understand when I can't translate.
