you have to look in your magazine and go all the way to the bottom and look for the site with the matching letter as your looking for mine was missin rts so i had to type that in the box and it opened thats all

Make sure that you have Flash Player 8
Fulfill the system requirements.
Try to empty your cache and restart the game to see if it happens again.
