I couldn't go up stair yesterday either.. but now, I just load the page and I could.. So I guess that you have to reload the game some times over and see if you can go upstairs now..

I was stuck too.

The password is easy to find.
Look in the magazine and it will direct you to a website.
On the left of the magazine it will give you a hint
example GOOWO*** TeeS*** VeeSCH***
You only need the last three letters as a password.
So the password can be RLD, HOT, OOL and others.
The passwords in the game will change now and then. Just follow the disciption of the forum and you will find your way out. (or in the car)

the first times i play, i cant go upstairs ; i write to "one bun" and i restart game and before to do anything i try stairs and that works for me. Thanks "one bun"

just finished it finally. took forever to find the code word for the safe since the website isnt in english. my 3 letters were HOT if that helps anyone....

I was reading this thread up till the 15th page and I was like howcomeimtheonlyonewiththisproblem:x and then I had the brilliant idea to look in the last page.

Look at the magazine in your items. On the left hand page will be a URL with some of the letters blanked out like this ***. Those three missing letters are the code. Go to the website by clicking the right hand page of the magazine at the bottom, where it is circled and look for a URL/link that matches your left hand side page. Put in the missing three letters in capital letters. Common passwords are RLD or OOL. Don't put anything but the three letters. All of the passwords and codes are different with each game.

They must be having problems because of the amount of traffic. My suggestion is log into a new game and try to go up the stairs 1st if it won't let you try to refesh until it does... before ya get too far into the game. I have logged in a couple of times today and have had no problems. I just don't get it... that is all I could figure is the problem.
btw... I like the grafics of their games too!
