ok i have tried every which way to put the password in the panel on the wall and it just keeps coming up denied i have got the key but nothing zip nada happens grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

the code is on the wall but get the black light and memery card first turn off the light and turn black light on and click on the wall by dresser

Because u put the memery card in the card reader then turn on computer
and then put in the sybols that were on the wall
