You will need to restart the game if

you have already put the knife in the keyhole. Just leave your knife handy till the very end. You never know when it might come in handy again

The keys are

1. between the blue boxes
2. after you enter the code on the wall a key will appear
3. inside the fridge (you must move it aside first and plug it in)

Don't think there were any direct clues in the game leading to the password. OUT at last...

How do I put the lens in the camera? I've clicked everywhere and now the camera's turned round and I can't turn it back

The lens is used on the camera which is on the tripod.
