Well I'm slowly moving along and have found a few things

1 coin, 3 darts (used but probably can reclaim), bottle (used but can reclaim), cane/stick - used, & gold dolphin, & noted 4 #s that I don't think were there earlier

Watching a TV show I enjoy - so getting distracted. Will hunt some more before I look for help. Figure I need 3 more of one thing and 1 more of another.

I got the gold dolphin but can not figure out what to do with it. Can not open the box with the big dolphin on it either.

walkthrough Escape from Dr itchie`s cafe

1) click door take black bolt
2)back right right click on capinet and open the 2nd door take red bolt
3) take the Saltcellar and put it up the first door open the door and take the wave gold
4) take the Saltcellar
5)open the 3rd door and look the paint it will help u in the game
6)back, right click on the man's statue and take the stick
7)back, left, click on the wooden piece near high chair
8)click on the Fridge and open the bottom door
9)in the Shelf angle take the green bolt
10) back, click on the center disk on the kitchen then click under it behind the capinet use stick with the gold piece then back to the main
11) right, right, click on the box near the picture of the hawaian beach
12)use the Saltcellar on the box and open the bottom part take the gold coin
13)back, left, take the blue bolt on the table
14) click the Steering of the ship use the golden dolphin piece on it
15) back to the kitchen click the cabinet and open the door take the golden piece and look for the paint
16) back to main and click left click on the capinet to see a code on the sides of the doors 3.5.9.4
17) back, right, click the target
18)red bolt on 3, green bolt on 5, blue bolt on 9, black bolt on 4
19) back to main click left, click the capinet open the doors and take the golden piece.
20) get back to the kitchen click on the center disk.
21)open the black box and put the golden pieces like the paints u see during the game ( wave,star,dolphin,cocnut tree) and then close the box and open it. u will pull the key.
22)take the key and open the exit door.. that's all

that walkthrough isnt very helpful.
you cant just open that 1st cabinet to get the red dart.
i'll try and rewrite it. if i complete the game

1) click door take black dart
2) go back, left then left again. click on cabinet, open the middle door for red dart
3) take the Salt cellar (thing with palm tree) and place on circle above first door. open the door & take the gold wave coin.
4) take the Salt cellar
5) open the 3rd door & look at the paint (wave, star)it will help you later in the game
6) go back then click on the man's statue and get the stick
7) go back then left, click on the wooden piece behind the stools (for a view behind the bar)
8) click on the Fridge & open the bottom door
9) click on the top door Shelf to get the green dart
10) go back, click on the center part of the kitchen (the sink area) then click under it & then behind the cabinet. use stick to get the gold dolphin piece then go back, back and left to the main view
11) go right and right again, click on the box near the picture of the hawaian beach
12) use the Salt cellar on the box and open the bottom & take the gold palm tree coin
13) go back and left, take the blue dart on the table
14) click the Steering wheel of the ship use the golden dolphin piece on it
15) go back to the kitchen click the dolphin cabinet and open the door take the golden dolphin coin and look at the paint (dolphin, tree)
16) go back to main view and click on front of the cabinet to see a code on the sides of the doors 3.5.9.4
17) go back then right & click the dartboard
18) use the red dart on 3, green dart on 5, blue dart on 9, black dart on 4
19) go back to the main view & click left, click the cabinet open the doors and take the golden star coin, note the paint (star, dolphin).
20) go back to the kitchen click on the center area.
21) open the black box and put the golden pieces like the paints you saw during the game (wave,star,dolphin,palm tree just in case you forgot or didnt write them down) and then close the box again and open it. you will get a key.
22)take the key and use it to open the exit door and you are free!
