pretty fun and interesting game--it's fun to scan the barcodes...but i can only find 14 barcodes...don't know how there could be more--i even scan stuff that just sort of looks like a bar code.

Walkthrough anyone?

Assuming everyone knows how to navigate this game. Go to the computer. The answer is really easy because it's Post-It'd to the bottom of the monitor: Red, Green, Blue, Cyan (the lighter blue), Magenta, Yellow.

There's a noise behind you, so head for the front door and grab the scanner. Turn right, into the bathroom, and grab the pill bottle in the medicine cabinet. On your way out, right across from the bathroom door, grab the bat out of the closet.

Back in the living room, the bar codes are:

1. The fence on the poster of...I guess it's supposed to be the White House? "SOME PEOPLE ARE MORE FREE THAN OTHERS."
2. The neck on the poster of a man facing away. "YOU KNOW NOTHING."
3. The can of beans. "IT IS ALL A LIE."
4. The can of soup. "YOUR LIFE IS NOT REAL."
5. The Scientific American magazine (where the game begins). "THERE IS NOTHING OUTSIDE THIS PLACE."
6. The Wholphin DVD. "YOU ARE NOT A PERSON YOU ARE A CONTROL SUBJECT."
7. The zebra(?) poster (turn left from the magazines). "THEY ARE ALWAYS WATCHING YOU."
8. The box of Wheat O's (next to the computer). "THEY ARE FEEDING YOU POISON AND LIES."

Now, make your way over to the lamp and turn the shade so the tears are facing the wall.

9. The light on the wall from the torn lampshade. "BREAK HERE."

Take the scanner's advice and use your bat on the bar code. (NOTE: The wall can only be broken if the bar code is facing it, and once it's broken, this bar code is gone forever.) Step into the hall and turn right.

10. The lines on the tent in the 1924 poster. "THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HERE."

Down the hall, you'll see that what looked like the world outside the window was just a big poster and some tape recorded bird sounds. Take the batteries, then head to the other end of the hall and use them on the electric knife. Be sure to check out the camera footage to the left of the knife for:

11. Above the monitors, in the top left corner of the surveillance cubbyhole. "SAVE ALL BARCODES."

Go right from the knife, and the first thing you'll see is a very familiar. If you've forgotten the answer, run back to your computer and check the Post-It again. It's Top Corner, Left Corner, Right Corner, Left Side, Bottom Side, Right Side. It needs a key now, so turn left and give your pills to the spider. Behind the pattern is a box; use the knife on it, grab the key, then check out the righthand wall on your way out.

12. The manshape sillhouette in the upperleft corner. "THE BRAIN IS THE CENTER OF ALL REBELLION."
13. The sign that says Be Aware. "THEY CANNOT WATCH YOU THINK."

All the way back to the front door now, and use the key to go through. There's a door across from you, but I don't believe it's accessible. Go right in the winding hall.

14. Left side. "YOU CAN'T SEE COLORS ANYMORE."
15. Left side. "THERE ARE OTHER WORLDS THAN THESE."
16. Left side. "WHY DO GOOD THINGS HAPPEN TO BAD PEOPLE."
17. Left side. "I AM A MAN OF WEALTH AND TASTE."
18. Left side (on the very bottom of the screen; this one is a little difficult to get, but keep running the scanner over it until you find the sweet spot). "YOU SHOULD HAVE STAYED INSIDE."
19. Right side (just turn around; don't move forward yet). "THIS IS NOT THE WAY THE WORLD IS SUPPOSED TO BE."
20. Right side. "IS ANY PERSON TRULY SANE."
21. Right side. "FORGIVE ME."
22. Right side. "IS ANY PERSON TRULY FREE."
23. Left side (now move down the hall, but be careful to go only forward once). "A BARCODE IS A SERIES OF BLACK AND WHITE BARS."
24. Left side. "USED TO REPRESENT DATA IN AN OPTICAL FORM."
25. Left side. "THAT CAN BE READ VIA A LASER OR OTHER SCANNER."
26. Right side. "IS THE TRUTH A LIE OR IS THE LIE A TRUTH."
27. Right side. "YOU MUST READ THEM."
28. Right side. "EVEN IDEAS CAN BE KILLED."
29. Right side. "EVERYTHING I TELL YOU IS A LIE."

Finish the game for the most commonly missed barcode. (I'm guessing of course.)

30. The middle of the time elapsed screen. "THE END."
