Completely stuck!!! I only have a hammer (used), glass pieces, 2 keys (yellow and blue) but cannot open the drawers, hook (used) and ID card.

Someone help me please?

Sorry for the edit on first page, did not read your reply before...

Well the keys are not easy to use, had to make a lot of try!

So i had

blue and yellow keys (used), hammer and bottle (used too), hook and screwdriver(also used), and now i have peaces of glass, cell phone, piece of paper (interresting), ID card and the thing you use to look through the window (even if i don't know the point of it).

Finally found the solution on another website, this one has a very huge language barrier.

Take out the phone, press the middle to open the message screen. For the first question, press the down arrow once. For the second question, pick the one with two characters. Then press OK. You'll be out with good end.
It seems that it means that we used the phone to call the police. We are telling the police on the phone the location and the colour of the building.

prybar: under bed
bottle: behind plant (click lower right side)
hammer: left door closet
yellow key: behind alarmclock (click lower left side)
blue key: smash bottle
phone: blue key top drawer (click the lock itself, not the drawer)
binoculars: yellow key middle drawer (same here; click lock)
screwdriver: click in the middle drawer again(somewhere in the middle) where you found de binoculars
japanese memo: at the right side of the bookcloset there's an outlet. use the screwdriver and get the memo. (don't know what it sais though)
you can use the prybar at the window (4th form below). It gives you a nice view. didn't figure out the point of it.
