Help with knife

I can't find the fourth object (the one between the rag and the knife). Any hints?

Where is the knife.. My mouse going to break with all the clicking

The knife is

just to the right of the big box in back of what appears to have been a brown carpet. (There are two boxes there. It's the one that's in front of the other.

To get out after finding all of the items just

click "ESCAPE" that's next to those items

As all fans of CSI should well know, concealing evidence and tampering with a crime scene are both federal offences under US law. Don't even think about it!

It is bad enough to have to read through 5 pgs of posts without having to read useless answers like this!! Just my opinion.

I was thinking of trying to be specific about where to click for items, but, I thought it was hard to describe exact places. Basically,

if you just click all around the boxes, beams on ceiling and pots on shelves on back wall you will find everything. And, don't bother trying to wipe the broken log before you have all the items. The fingerprints won't appear until you do. At least that was how it worked for me.
