So far I have

red box(used); ring(used); green box(used); wrapping paper(used); glue(used); and a blue book.

And stuck.

Not sure what to

glue to the card.

How do we know we wrapped the gift properly?

i think is has something to do with the little notes left around the room

You need to find all four hints to get the door code. Even if you have the right combination, it won't work until you find all four.

Those four are:

Under the phone (A and B are the same number)

On the girl's desk under the card (A is a square number

Behind the gift box on the bottom shelf (The digits add up to 10)

The paper in the flower pot (B + C is 6 more than D + A)

Once you get all those, you find:

The only combination must be 1171.

a square number? what does "square number" mean?

You must glue the poem from the blue book onto the inside of the card before it will give you the clue.

A square number is any number that can be multiplied two of the same to get it.... 3 x 3 = 9 (9 is a sq #) 10 x 10 = 100 (100 is a sq #) 1 x 1 = 1 (1 is a sq #)

Good game but a little buggy..... got stuck on various screens numerous times. Took a bit of patience to get past those.
