Do the sum according to the colours then use the treadmill keypad and put in the answer you get. It will open the fuse box thingie and you get the key

i think the answer is made up of the digits 1-4, so u have to key in the answer using the cycling machine...that's just a guess...but my answer came up to be 6 digits! so i'm still pretty stuck at the puzzle

For the math puzzle - on the exercise type bike in the gym you see the numbers 1 2 3 4. Click on them in the same order as the math result
