yes, that was the Mc tile...

I have three tiles: T, Tc, and Mc - but I need M

I got the T tile

from the vending machine

The Mc tile from

the dirt mount outside by the wooden sign

and the Tc tile

from the Japan map

So where is the "m" tile?

the one you can zoom into when you are facing the manhole/tunnel from the outside? Is it a clue to the code for the box in the locked room downstairs?

There's another view in the locked room that you have to find, with another note.

Use the destination on the note and the Tariff board upstairs to find the code for the box.
