I don't know! I think it may be in one of the machines - we need cartridges I think - which I can't find either....going back to look again

To get the hammer

move the picture of the cat by the door either up or down, close the curtains and look around the room in the dark - there is a code under the cat picture. When you open the curtains again move the cat picture over the sofa and enter the code. The hammer should fall from above!

on the tear (Z shape) in the corner of the sofa

Did you

use the picture over the sofa to direct the spider into the hole at the top rhs of the wall? If you do that you'll get a key.
