I don't get the code for the flags box. I found the countries, saw the times on the map and input them in the code. I even converted the time when it's 19 in japan, no way.
Any help ?

i have flashlight, tape, scissors,pen, green celleophane and broke into PC.
totally stuck there, no clue what to google, cant see map as its TOO SMALL!
no clue on box code either.
