game is VERY buggy indeed. selecting the book from the shelf you can't put it back.
selecting the colour puzzle under the desk you cant navigate away from it either.
quit until they fix it.

After being stuck on a couple of screens (the ones that Brainisdead mentioned) I got fed up and am going to quit. It's bad enough having to work out codes,colours etc without having to keep restarting! And I know I keep saying this - but am I the only one who finds Sakura's games dark ( I mean the screen not the action )?

Great now I know why I've got a 23" Widescreen on a norrmal one I could not see athing... sorry too small for my taste....

you can find the written paper

after putting it in the box ,over and over again in the safe without getting a key

got the application, filled it out, put it in the slot in the white box, the key came out, but then never appeared in my inventory. I went back, no key, and I tried to resubmit the application, no dice. So I'm stuck in this room...

Where do you find the

Application? I have the pen to fill it out (in fact, that's all I have left in my inventory)

Still can't open the coloured box and I KNOW both sets of colours ("off" and "on").

Yes, and the game images are too dark for an old goat like me.

Update: I had to start again for the colour code to work. Then the game progressed nicely and I got out.

Now that answer is just a cop out and you know it old biker.
The games crashes on you! So of course there are bugs!
A point & click game should allow you to visit ANY screen and interact with ANY object as many times as you want until you perform the required action that the game expects. if it sticks on 1 object or place the 1st time around the game then its a pretty clear indicator the game is unfinished or partially tested.

of course we need to do what we're expected but we should be allowed to make mistakes without the game crashing to penalise us.

And you wonder why I complain about games so much?
