Input these into the little box above the 3 cupboards after you find the key for the corresponding box.

It is in the first few inventory spaces, but it is invisible.. keep clicking the empty spaces, and when a box appears around an empty space, click the eye

Out! Language is not really a problem. Although I'm not entirely sure of how to arrive at the center box (star code), so I glanced at Midnight's cheats.

To get started

The book shows 4 circle square co-ordinates on one panel.Enter the pattern on the other panel and press the red button. This changes a red light to blue to indicate the box can be unlocked.

The circles and squares are the same colour. This makes a diagonal line

Yes, it does seem wasteful to have a whole roll of tape just to do that.

Attach to the handle end of the screwdriver to retrieve something out of reach. This will help you see the light

I agree. The note should read

N,N,N,E,E,S,E,N,N,N.

to be logical. Perhaps the author was a "snakes and ladders" fan.
