i don't understand the mirror code

After awhile a black spot appears next to tub on zoom view (no idea how to trigger), if you click on it, it makes a straight line to back of tub but nothing else can be done, and if you change views it goes away and have to restart to get it to happen again. Also got first key to fit

in one slot next to mirror

but cant find second one. No clue about mirror msg. Anyone still playing, I need help badly.

Hey I stood on the table while the hair dyrer was on the tile and the water from the tub got it wet and i did not die so i then clicked on one of my tools so i would go away then i clicked on the code thing near the door and one of the keys fell out! I just cant get the one out of the toilet! HELP!
