Okay ... so I got the door key, but the door never opened?!?!?!?!!?!?!? Isn't the door supposed to open?

It hung up on me too...but i think that is the end. I wonder if it is all the traffic of new players trying it out. Not sure!

Ok finally got into the dresser that I wasn't able to before and got a key and a remote. Turned on the tv but can't get the key to work in the safe or the door.
