I found the hints on some website.
You need to

burn the king

when you find him.

Now working on order to place flowers...

I managed to put the flowers in order

Just take them from top to bottom and place them counter-clockwise

I hope i spelled it right...

Flowers represents spring, summer, autumn and winter. But in japanese culture...
As I remember

tulipe was at the north and leaf - south.

Just combine rest of plaques.

The last code is a date. YYYYMMDD.

According to the clues in diary, you should add one week to the date.

Yep. That worked. So, got a note and went out and was able to get back in with some keys still and the lighter. Done with this one.
