I never saw a code. Just the decipher in the book.

once you gathered the 9 balls

use them on the saxophone. It will give you the piano tune you have to play, but then in backward order.

So there is no other ending.

Odd game this, unscrewed four drums with the knife but didn't seem to need them? Put in the piano notes from the wall (got the notes from a music website) Piano then revealed a big drum, cut it with knife and out. Also for what purpose were the 'keys'
