What forecast puzzle are you talking about??? I opened the door, there's some box with chessboard on the top and code of 8 numbers.

And the cat shows regions only, no weather.

It's ok This game is so complicated. And japanese doesn't help us!

Now I see the weather symbols, but it doesn't work at the box!

Finally somehow worked!
The order of ShiningStar is fine (I guess first you should distract the cat and watch tv, otherwise it won't work).
