I got it to work by lowering the screen...don't know why it took this but I'm happy now. I will finally try the CD.

Click on the dustbin, when it is up in the air click on the inner side of the bin and the bin will trun upside down. Now use the bracket that you got from the blue cabinet on the bottom of the bin. Tap it for a while and the blue CD will fall from it.

CD & DVD:

under the rug roll when you reveal the trap door under it. (neat guitar). The DVD is in the trash can. You have to click the trash...then the top or the trash again once lifted to flip it then...tap several times on the bottom/or top now lol until the DVD falls out.
