If I close the lights I can't make any moves....I also had read the post for how to find the safe but it does work for me. Probably we have to figute firt hoe to deal with the pipe and the wheel, or even the painting...don't know.
The 3rd paper is where the door is connected with the wall. Open the door and then click in the middle of that place (sorry I don't know how is called in english)

when you have the 3 papers together you can read:
violet red orange yellow green blue brown

At the place you had found the wheel if you click further niside you can find a blue key to open the blue rack. It's a bit tricky to find it.
