Yeah, I thought that maybe the colors of the painting are a clue as to how to click the books, but no luck so far.

move the 12th book (thick green one) you will see it is quite white by the pages on top. click the white. it is the other half...

You have to

click the corresponding letters in the poster, they turn red when you click them.

Wheres swipe card (sorry for asking so many questions)

You have to

get the blue pin from the nurse and open the cash register, then you can pick the lock of the file cabinet with the pin.

Still totally stuck trying to find the second half of the swipe card.

I got the pin but when I click it, it enlarges.

the first half of the swipe card is

on top of the 4th thick green book from the left.

For the pin:

You have to open the cash register first to get nippers. The code for it is behind the trash can. Click the pin to enlarge it, then click it with the nippers in your inventory. You can now use the pin to pick the lock on the file cabinet

The blocks:

one is on the top left branch of the tree, two are under sofa (use umbrella on the one you can't reach), one is in the file cabinet and one is in the compartment on the counter.

Wow, this game didn't spend much time in the new games section. I got stuck earlier by not finding the code for the cash register. Once that was done, the rest was relatively easy.
