I can't really figure out what the code is... I found the five notes and this is what they look like:

E, S, B, O, Z... but I don't know what that spells...

EDIT: NM... I got one of the letters wrong:

ESBON... what does it spell???

Ah, for the piano. I gave a hint in post 3 I think.

Go to the counter, there is something that is important, right? Next to the arrow.
Click the corresponding keys on the piano to spell out that word.
