half closed my eyes and then i could see the numbers but i guessed the last number cause i only found three coloured balls

The paper on the floor reads OXOXO. This is the clue to reading the code. Disregard the second and fourth columns

The monitor that accepts the yellow ball is broken. On the left side of the couch is an arrow pointing up. This is telling you to click above the couch. This monitor will reveal the fourth digit of the code

Wtg Uncle Rim for figuring out the oxoxo clue. I read the numbers correctly without it but that makes it much easier

the yellow ball will move to the broken monitor. Then you have 4 monitors with the correct sequence on the wall. You just have to remember the yellow #
