For the colour switches, you need to change the state. If you've already switched it on, you will need to switch it off.

Each of the clues has a small black square. This tells you the position in the code and the starting point. The piece of paper tells you the order in which to treat the numbers.

A paper(in second room n u will find it with a rope) shows u how to do these problems. Just follow the order of the arrow. For example, the first one on the blue book should be 1+4=5x6=30-2=28/4=7+1=8(starts with the little square)
