combining of items

I have everything just having problems combining items anyone out there to help?

PLEASE?
This is what I have phone cork,tape,scissors,string,screwdriver,chopstick now combined with staws (cut) and a picture which I knocked off the wall earlier...
please help me get started with the combining of items I am at a loss here!

I guess I did not realize you needed all 4 corks from the bottles!
