i have

bracelet, screwdriver with triangle head, axe, scroll, test tube with blue liquid, and glass rod.

how did you make it purple

i've picked the blue water and then the yelow water from the lounge room and put them in the laboratory

right when you walk out of the starting room make a right and go as far down the hall as you can and go through the door. click the pipes and turn them so that both sides of the board on the right look the same. turn it left to make the bars go up and turn them right to make them go down.

Opened the case in the office and got

invisibility bracelet, which I proceeded to put on and it won't come off.

Look at the symbols over the bed, and the marks underneath them. The marks give the order that you push the symbols in.
Make sure you're looking at the right panel...there's a panel on the left side of the gray cabinet.

I see the symbols over the bed, and it looks like

I clicked the buttons on the lock in the order

O, o-o, Y

and got nothing. No "I unlocked it!" or anything!

EDIT: I'm just gonna refresh the page and see if starting over will help. It's not like I got far.

EDIT 2: Finally figured out the lock! The code for it is

written on the wall in the duct you go through.

I see a place for a key...

OK, I managed to get into the armory...
Can't figure out the code to stop the lasers.

I think it deals with the codes in the passageway...3,2,1,2,3?

Edit: Duh, I wasn't paying attention.
