The sweeper is for

getting the clue for the safe. Take the white beaker from the table between the pink and blue bottles. You have to zoom on the drawer to get it. Put the powder on the floor under the window and use sweeper on it.

But seems like most people here have escaped without that step.

the clues for the code for the safe are on the chair where the cat is sleeping and check my hint about the sweeper.

You have to use the numeric values of the letters for the safe.
