I dont get it at all...Im stuck

have placed out all mirrors, made a compass in water, Have letter N on box, a knife and falshlight.

made some progress.

put box on floor and flashlight on it...the light point out a spot on wall, used knife on it .

I picked up 4 mirrors but now 2 of them are greyed out but not visible onscreen. Have I put them somewhere? I'm stuck!
