@Leapfrog....To turn on the PC I had
Turned on all possible fuses in the fusebox, and then I had my key out when I pushed the power button on the CPU, though I doubt I needed the key for that.
screwdriver with the blue tac stuff on it on the backwards number panel, but it says I want to take them off. All I can do is push them, and I still can't solve the PC password
turned on 3 fuses, I think. Are those how you turn on the lights outside?

facing the books shelves, count three columns over, then the second shelf down, click the book standing up, and it will fall over to reveal the blue tac. Use the screwdriver on it.
EDIT: Yeah, what leapfrog said.

I think I found it between the two cabinets underneath the clock...if I remember correctly.
