It's on the "working" surface between the black cabinets and the grey cabinets.

I think I found all the pieces by the cabinet by the door. There were a couple. I only need one more. I just have the green space to fill and one blue peice in my inventory. The piece I'm missing would fill a spot on the "immovable" side of inventory.

I'll just keep on clicking. Even though it seems I've clicked everywhere (!) clearly I have missed a spot.
