you should take the digital clock

and put it into elevator. First elevator goes up and down then you will find a new password.
enter the password based on circle, which have numbers, in the mechanism. Then cabin, which is under the aquarium, will be opened and get star shape.

If you

use the green box in the aquarium, you get a 3 digit number. That opens the cabinet under the tv, and adeadpoem's hint makes more sense.
