You have to first download the file from the email. Then you have to choose it and add it on the list when it gives you the option to burn the dvd.

Have you added the 0000 on the account number? Because that's what I missed and struggled with. On the exp. date just add another zero in front of the month.

You have to click the channel up and down arrows to change the channel. And put the dvd in the player.

You have to beat the paintbox game to get it. Just try to make all the squares the same color and then click the arrow button.

my account number is different but i don't understand how i can put 0000 in front of it it willonly let me type 16 digits.

Maybe I have the wrong name for the card holder
I thought it was the one on the letter but maybe it's on the card, which I can't see any more as I have used the other code on the remote

the cc you need isn't the one on the tv...it's behind the wall safe w/6-dig code that you get from the thermostat.
