The 3 comes up on the sidebar as soon as you open the game. You can use it from there. There is no 3 tag anywhere, just the one that comes up.

click at top right to change from `use item` to `about item` click the radio then u will see it enlarged. click the tiny button on the bottom left of radio to turn it off.

use key from bin to open the top draw to get other key `i think`!

put numbers 39051 on he chest the use key on chest.
