Almost out, but can't take coin, and don't know where to use thread(?) which is the only item left in my inventory.

Never mind. I got it in the

Upper part of the cabinet with the 3 number code.

Uh, oh. I finished with only minimal help. It was logical (in the way the one logically locks up one's videos, and string, and codes their lamps) except you couldn't blow out the candle. I hope the house doesn't burn down.
