I got majorly stuck on this one and gave up

I had

grey key (used), tape and 2 key parts which I fixed (used), hook (used), found a few hints for passwords and codes, but nothing has worked

Use the red sheet

How did you get

the other half of the key wich looks outside ?

click the coat hanger to stretch it, then combine with magnet to get it from outside

You need to click the ad in the book in order to be able to pick it up

the print screen method with bucket on the window as described in the book, you'll get an additional code

i cant seem to get in ,the connecting to the chat spinner keeps on going around and around
