how do you get the head in the box?

In the room with the bridge, place the box in front of the hole that the head pokes out of. When the head pops out, click the box to close it and capture the head.

Open the cabinet in the room with the computer. You will find a key. Go out into the room with the alien and spaceship. Use the key on the cabinet on the right. You will find a password etched inside the cabinet. Enter that password on the computer and click Enter.

Color Wheels Driving Me Crazy!

ok... also problems here in the room with the colored wheels! I have the wheels, and have to mix a color or something?! I don't know what to do next! I'M GOING CRAZY!!

You don't have to mix the colors in the room with the wheels...but rather in the room with the transporter. Those wheels just need to be in place so that the mixer in the transporter room will work.
