When you use the mirror on the bed below (close view) you see a note about the guards.

It says

Guards at 8-13 16-8 (unless I read it wrong..)

The clock on the walls tells you it's

12.04 AM

When you click below in one of the bed views, it ask you the amount of time to sleep.
so if you set it to sleep

13 hours, and press enter, the guards should be gone when you wake up

My mistake was that I messed up with the AM and PM.

Edit: Alright, that worked for me.
Now I am stuck with

file, shaped bar, note, mirror, blue paper, wire and mold
