hanger and pencil.. where are those clipper things that the dog says to use for straightening out the hanger? Can't figure out codes yet either

I'm stuck.

Have cat note requesting hint for door code and note from dog. Used pencil. Used shovel. Have scissors used, and hanger-not straightened yet. I guess I need help with what to do next. I thik that means help with toolbox code

Use pencil twice on dogs note and use that code on the drawer. From there it should be fairly easy. Punch everything!

This will lead to getting clippers.
