Thanks Mistery, I have figured out the wheel code, now I'm trying to find out what the note means. I think it has something to do with the fridge next to the door. I'm not sure yet

The red dot corresponds to the red dot on the 5.

You need to click all the numbers where the arrows go through on the note.

Yes, on the mirror is one arrow, click where it points to. Then use key to open this secret panel.

Well, I tried to follow the direction of the arrows but it'a bit confusing which numbers I'm supposed to click
