where are the boxes ,behind the grey door ?anyone know ?

nevermind , i found the boxes .

how do i get the silver hook try clicking but nothing happens .i try to zoom in near it so i can get it ,but nothing happens.

i'm getting fed up ,cause i even try to hook the green thing to the silver hook when i click on it nothing happens .the green thing wont attach /hook to it .
