blue paper,sealing stars and pic ,nothing seems to come off

I have

note, bear (cut open), scissors (used), grabber thing (used twice) some bird thing, a hat, a locked box, and a popcicle.... Saw the stars on the ceiling

Where's key? Oops... checked my stuff closer & found key. Still confused about the popcicle though!

EDIT: Chewed that popcicle up, but can't tell

the little dots with 1 2 3 4 - do they go with the colors? Hard to see what's behind each one... although they line up with the stars...
