picked up a few things, have no idea what to do with them also grew my nose lol

fish bones... do I have to throw a rock somehwere? Can't open the note in the bottle either.

That's all I've got! STUCK - Hopefully not forever!

Oh, and my nose grew a little too! If I lie a lot, will my nose poke the whale and let me out???

Needing a little help with this one... I have

a rock, fish bone, paper, & bottle I can't open, & a long nose...

Got a little further...

used the rock to break a piece of the fish bone off and opened the bottle, found a turtle behind rock, used the paper to open box

And out!

Use part of the fish bone, view bones in detail, and steal a rib

Edit, replayed to get Happy End by finding another apssenger.

restarted thinking I should have lied more LOL - and have 2 items and having trouble getting the next one that I had last time - evidently forgot what I did or? Keeping an eye out an item mentioned by others - haven't seen a one!
OK got the 3rd item. Maybe I'll find some floss.. LOL

For the happy end you must have the turtle (behind the rock)...
