I tried to break out of the cellar with the mallet but I don't seem to be strong enough. Chose to go out by the front door but I COULD have left

by going up the chimney

Combination for the chest, once you get the numbers

look at the picture of the tree. The order of the numbers go by reading the shapes from left to right. Nevermind if they are located high on the tree or low. Just read them from left to right

RexRoth how did you get a key from the picture? I have been stuck for some time now but feel that I am getting really close. Please help!
Also if you never got in the locked cupboard how did you cook the cookies? The candlestick cookie cutter is inside it. I can't get the cookie pan where it needs to go without that cutter.

use the mold figures to cut out the cookies unfold the table you found in the drawer put it over the fire ,and put cookies on the tray on the table over the fire

Mephisto -I have wondered about a mallet also. Someone mentioned it but haven't come across it myself.

I can't figure out the order of the numbers. I got all the numbers off of the

baked cookies

and I'm reading them left to right according to the picture of the tree, but the code doesn't work...
