Notice that the red test tube is one unit high. That means, take the bottom row of the grid with the red squares and put it on top of that grid. Notice the blue test tube is two units high. Take the bottom two rows of the grid with the blue squares and put them on top of the that grid

you can make a number by removing the bottom row of grid and putting it on top. Then take two rows and put them on top..etc.

Oh they won't do anything. You have to visualize it or grab a pencil and paper and redraw them. Sakura games never reveal the doorcode outright.
